Affiliate Terms

Last updated: June 9, 2026

1. Introduction

These Affiliate Terms (the "Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the CampaignPath Affiliate Program (the "Program") operated by CampaignPlan, a company registered in France ("CampaignPath", "we", "us", or "our"). They supplement, and form part of, our general Terms & Conditions.

By applying to or participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate", "you") agree to these Affiliate Terms. We may approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Enrolment & Approval

Acceptance into the Program is not automatic. We review each application and may decline or revoke participation at any time, including for promotional methods we consider misleading, low-quality, off-brand, or contrary to these Affiliate Terms.

You must operate a legitimate website, channel, newsletter, or audience and provide accurate information about how you intend to promote CampaignPath.

3. Commissions, Cookies & Payouts

Subject to these Affiliate Terms, we will pay you a commission on qualifying new paid subscriptions referred through your unique affiliate link.

  • Default commission: 20% of the net subscription revenue paid by a referred customer during the first 12 months of their subscription. Tiered or custom rates may be offered in writing.
  • Cookie window: 60 days. The last-touch CampaignPath affiliate cookie before checkout receives attribution.
  • Qualifying sales: new paying customers only. Existing customers, your own purchases, and accounts on free or trial plans do not qualify.
  • Minimum payout threshold: EUR 50. Balances below the threshold roll over to the next period.
  • Payment schedule: monthly, approximately 30 days after the end of each calendar month, via the payout method supported by our affiliate platform.
  • Currency, taxes, and fees: commissions are paid in EUR or USD; you are responsible for any taxes, VAT, withholdings, and payment processor fees applicable to your payouts.
  • Clawbacks: refunds, chargebacks, fraud, and cancellations within the refund window will reverse the corresponding commission.

4. Promotion Rules

You may promote CampaignPath through content marketing, organic social, email to your opted-in audience, reviews, tutorials, and similar legitimate channels. The following rules apply to all promotion:

  • Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and conspicuously wherever required by applicable law (e.g. FTC, ASA, EU consumer rules).
  • Represent CampaignPath accurately. No false claims, fabricated reviews, fake testimonials, guaranteed outcomes, or unauthorised use of our brand assets.
  • Do not impersonate CampaignPath or imply you are an official spokesperson, employee, or reseller.
  • Do not send spam, unsolicited messages, or use deceptive subject lines, redirects, or pop-unders.
  • Do not promote on sites containing hate speech, adult content, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

5. Paid Search & Brand Bidding (Strict)

To protect the CampaignPath brand and our paid-marketing performance, the following restrictions apply to all paid placements, including Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Reddit, Amazon, native networks, and any other paid channel:

  • No bidding on our brand terms. You may not bid on "CampaignPath", "Campaign Path", "CampaignPlan", or any misspellings, translations, plurals, possessives, or variants (e.g. "campaign-path", "campaignpath.io", "campain path", "kampagne path").
  • No bidding on our brand combined with generic modifiers (e.g. "CampaignPath review", "CampaignPath pricing", "CampaignPath alternative", "CampaignPath coupon", "CampaignPath login").
  • No use of our brand terms in ad copy, ad headlines, display URLs, descriptions, or ad extensions.
  • No use of our brand or domain as a Display Name, vanity URL, or visible domain in any ad.
  • Negative keywords required: you must add "campaignpath", "campaign path", "campaignplan", and common misspellings as negative keywords across all paid campaigns that could otherwise trigger on brand searches.
  • No direct linking from paid ads to campaignpath.com (or any CampaignPath domain). Paid traffic must land first on your own website or landing page containing genuine, original content.
  • No bidding on URLs, subdomains, or app store listings owned by CampaignPath.
  • No SEO cloaking, typosquatting domains, or domains that include our brand (e.g. "campaignpath-deals.com").

Breach of any paid-search rule is a material breach of these Affiliate Terms. We may, without notice, reverse all related commissions, withhold pending payouts, terminate your account, and pursue any other remedies available under law.

6. Coupons, Cashback & Deal Sites

Promotion via coupon, voucher, cashback, loyalty, deal-aggregator, or browser-extension sites is not permitted unless we have approved your specific site in writing in advance.

You may only promote discount codes that we have officially issued to you. Do not invent codes, leak private codes, or imply discounts that do not exist. Unauthorised coupon activity will void related commissions.

7. Use of Trademarks & Brand Assets

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our name, logo, and approved brand assets solely to promote CampaignPath in accordance with these Affiliate Terms and any brand guidelines we provide.

You may not modify our logo, combine our marks with your own or a third party's marks in a way that suggests endorsement, register domains, social handles, or trademarks that include our brand, or use our marks in any way that disparages CampaignPath.

8. Tracking & Attribution

Commissions are calculated based on tracking recorded by our affiliate platform. You are responsible for using your unique tracking link correctly. We are not liable for missed attribution caused by ad blockers, browser settings, link cloaking, redirects, or your failure to use the link as intended.

Our records are the final basis for calculating commissions, absent manifest error.

9. Compliance with Law

You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and platform policies applicable to your promotional activities, including consumer protection, advertising, data protection (GDPR, CCPA), anti-spam (CAN-SPAM, CASL, PECR), and tax laws in every jurisdiction where you operate.

10. Suspension & Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. On termination, your right to use our brand assets and affiliate links ends immediately, and you must promptly remove them from your properties.

We may withhold or forfeit pending and future commissions in cases of fraud, brand bidding, prohibited promotion methods, or material breach of these Affiliate Terms or our general Terms & Conditions.

11. Changes to the Program

We may modify the Program, commission structure, cookie window, or these Affiliate Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by email or in your affiliate dashboard and apply prospectively. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Disclaimers & Liability

The Program is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampaignPlan disclaims all warranties relating to the Program and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our aggregate liability under these Affiliate Terms will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of France. The courts of Paris, France will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
