What it is

Marketing planning software that connects the whole campaign.

Marketing planning software helps marketers organise campaign goals, audience context, strategy, channels, content requirements and timelines in one structured workflow. Unlike separate campaign planning tools and AI chats, CampaignPath keeps each stage connected so later work builds on the decisions already made.

One structured workflow

Campaign context, strategy, channels, content and timeline in one place.

Decisions stay connected

Each stage uses what was reviewed and approved in the stages before it.

Editable at every step

Outputs are saved and reviewable, not one-off answers stuck in a chat.

Before and after

From scattered ideas to one usable campaign plan.

Without a connected workflow

  • Brand and audience context re-entered repeatedly
  • Strategy kept separately from campaign content
  • Different files for channel decisions and timelines
  • Generic output that's hard to review consistently
  • Approved decisions lost when work is regenerated

With CampaignPath

  • Reusable brand, audience and product context
  • One guided campaign-planning workflow
  • Strategy decisions carried into Activation
  • Saved and editable output
  • A clear campaign timeline and set of materials

Questions

Marketing planning software FAQs.

What is marketing planning software?

Marketing planning software helps marketers organise campaign context, goals, strategy, channels, content requirements and timelines through a structured workflow. Instead of jumping between chat threads, documents and spreadsheets, each decision is captured in one place so later stages of the campaign build on the work already done.

How is CampaignPath different from a general AI chatbot?

CampaignPath stores your brand, audience and product context, guides you through a connected campaign-planning workflow, and keeps every output saved, editable and linked across stages. A general chatbot can help with individual tasks, but you re-enter context each time and there is no structured campaign record.

What stages are included in CampaignPath?

Brand context, Campaign Setup, Market Intelligence, Positioning & Messaging, Channels & Priorities, Strategy acceptance and Campaign Activation. Each stage is generated and reviewed on its own before the next stage becomes available.

Does CampaignPath create a marketing strategy?

Yes. The Strategy workflow has three reviewable stages: Market Intelligence, Positioning & Messaging, and Channels & Priorities. Each is generated separately, saved, and reviewed before the next unlocks.

Can CampaignPath create campaign content?

Yes. Once a strategy is accepted, Campaign Activation produces editable multi-channel content drafts, targeting recommendations, supporting asset briefs and a tactical timeline. Everything is editable in the workspace.

Can I edit the AI-generated output?

Yes. Strategy and Activation outputs are designed to be reviewed, edited and saved. Your saved edits are kept and used as context for later stages of the campaign.

Does CampaignPath publish or schedule campaigns?

No. CampaignPath does not currently publish, schedule, send or launch campaigns. It creates the plan and the materials; you take them to the tools you already use.

Is CampaignPath marketing automation software?

No. CampaignPath focuses on planning, strategy and campaign activation materials rather than operating marketing channels or automating sends.
